Dear Cardinal Students, Families, and Supporters!
I continue to send you and your family my very best. Thank you for your continued support of our Cardinals. We can’t make progress as a school community without you. I want to provide you with district updates, school information, and additional resources
SDUSD Expansion of Phase One School Re-Opening
On Friday, February 5, SDUSD reached an agreement to expand Phase One Appointment-Based learning opportunities. Essentially, the minimum amount of students that can work together in one space increased from 4 at one time to 14 at one time. We are going to be exploring the development of “learning labs” on site to provide targeted students a place to safely learn on campus. As this is brand new information, we are currently working on a plan to ensure we have the proper staffing to monitor these “learning labs.” Once complete, students/parents/supporters eligible for this opportunity will be contacted. So, there is no action needed on your end at this time.As a reminder, this option is still voluntary for both students and teachers. As of today, SDUSD has not provided further updates on full school re-opening. I can assure you I will reach out to you when that important update is available.
Senior Parent Meeting - Wednesday, February 10
For parents/supporters of senior students, we are hosting a Virtual Senior Parent/Supporter Night this Wednesday, February 10 at 6 PM. We will be providing helpful information and supports for our seniors. To access the Zoom link and additional information, please CLICK HERE.
Final Grade Report Cards
We mailed report cards out last Thursday, February 4. If you have not received your student’s report card in the mail, it is likely that the mailing address we have in PowerSchool needs to be updated.
