Dear Cardinal Students, Families, and Supporters!
With in-person learning beginning for those who have chosen to participate on Monday, April 12, I want to share some important information. As a reminder, the week of April 5 remains “online only.” The schedule for this week ONLY is as follows: CLICK HERE
Beginning April 12, onsite/online (hybrid) learning will begin on campus for students/families who have selected this option. Students/families who opted for online only will continue as they have. Please reference the letter I sent out on March 24 to review detailed information about onsite learning by CLICKING HERE.

Prior to learning on campus, all students are REQUIRED to complete the “Acknowledgement of On-Site School Instruction Option.” To access this document, please CLICK HERE. If you have access to print this document and complete it, please make sure your student brings it to their first day of onsite learning. If you do not have access to printing this document, we are sending this hard copy through the mail this week to all students/families who completed the Hoover Instructional Choice survey and selected “onsite/online” (hybrid). We will also have hard copies available in our front office this week if you’d like to pick one up. Students/families who completed the form for Phase One (Learning Labs), will need to complete this form too!

Reminder that students/families who opted for onsite/hybrid learning will be in their teachers’ classrooms for two days a week. Students will be divided into two “stable groups.” One stable group will be together on Monday and Tuesday only. The other stable group will be together on Wednesday and Thursday only. We have divided the two stable groups by last name alpha. For students with multiple last names, we used the first last name listed in PowerSchool. The breakdown for stable groups is as follows:

Monday and Tuesday: A - L

Wednesday and Thursday: M - Z
Days that students who opt for onsite/hybrid are NOT on campus will be days they
are learning online with their same schedule.

5) Students who are currently participating in a Learning Lab will have the option to continue
working in the same Learning Lab on the three days they are not in their teachers’ classrooms,
including each Friday.
