SDUSD Student Vaccine Mandate

The following District messaging was provided via email to parents/guardians last week regarding the student vaccine mandate: CLICK HERE.

Part of this District message includes “Frequently Asked Questions” with answers that may be helpful.  These FAQs can be found on the SDUSD District Nursing and Wellness website, which you can access by CLICKING HERE.

I also want to make you aware that as of yesterday, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily blocked the SDUSD student vaccine mandate from going into effect.  Additional information regarding this temporary block can be found HERE.  I anticipate that District Leadership will have a response to this court’s decision and will keep you informed as I receive information.
